Amphib­ians, espe­cially frogs and toads, are eco­log­i­cal indi­ca­tors, and in recent decades there has been a dra­matic decline in amphib­ian pop­u­la­tions around the globe. Many species are now threat­ened or extinct.

I decided to countinue Chris Craft and App­sAmuck marathon — start­ing series of 30 Days of Android Appli­ca­tions publications.

I plan on writ­ing one appli­ca­tion per day: inter­est­ing, use­ful, and mostly complete.

Although there are a lot Android projects with avail­able sources, I hope it will be use­ful resource to start up devel­op­ing mobile applications.
